SILMATCHBUILD SIL Partner Terms

1. Access & Eligibility

Access to the SILMATCHBUILD partner portal is restricted to registered SIL providers and NDIS-affiliated organisations. By entering the portal you confirm that you are a registered or actively operating SIL provider, or act on behalf of one, and that your access code has been provided to you directly by Public Property.

2. Confidentiality of Portal Content

All site listings, property details, builder information, images, and associated materials visible within this portal are confidential. This information is shared solely for the purpose of evaluating participant fit. You must not share, reproduce, or forward portal content to any third party outside your organisation without prior written consent from Public Property.

3. Introduction Service — No Guarantee

SILMATCHBUILD is an introduction service. Registering interest in a property is not a binding commitment and does not create any tenancy, occupancy, or service agreement. Public Property facilitates introductions between SIL partners and site owners and is not responsible for the conduct, accuracy of information, or outcomes of either party following an introduction.

4. Accuracy of Your Information

You confirm that all information you provide — including your name, organisation, participant requirements, and contact details — is accurate and complete. Misleading or false information may result in your portal access being revoked.

5. Introduction Fee (Site Owners Pay)

There is no fee to SIL partners for accessing this portal or registering interest. If a match is confirmed, a success fee of $5,000 + GST is payable by the site owner (not by the SIL partner) to Public Property. You should be aware of this in any negotiations with a site owner.

6. Good Faith Engagement

By registering interest in a property, you agree to engage in good faith with the introduction process — responding to follow-up from Elizabeth within a reasonable timeframe and being transparent about participant needs, timelines, and your capacity to proceed.

7. Privacy

Your personal and organisational information is collected and handled in accordance with the Public Property Privacy Policy. Your details will not be shared with site owners without your prior knowledge.

8. Consent & Communications

By registering interest or submitting a requirement, you consent to Public Property and SILMATCHBUILD contacting you by email, SMS and telephone about your enquiry and our services. You can withdraw consent at any time: unsubscribe via any email, reply STOP to any SMS, or email elizabeth@publicproperty.com.au. We act on opt-out requests promptly.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
