SILMATCHBUILD Programme Terms
Public Property Pty Ltd • ABN 21 656 016 830 • Effective 1 January 2026
1. Eligibility — Ownership
To participate in the SILMATCHBUILD programme you must own, or hold formal authority over, the land or property being submitted. By submitting a site you confirm this is the case. Public Property reserves the right to request proof of ownership (e.g. Certificate of Title, Contract of Sale, or equivalent documentation) at any time and must receive satisfactory evidence before any match is finalised.
2. Permission to Use Renders & Images
By submitting your site and accepting these terms, you grant Public Property a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and share any renders, photographs, site plans, or other images you provide, solely for the purpose of presenting your site to registered SIL partners via the SILMATCHBUILD platform. This licence ends if your site is withdrawn from the programme.
3. Permission to Display Your Property
You consent to your property's details — including suburb, state, build stage, SDA category, and relevant specifications — being displayed to registered SIL partners in the SILMATCHBUILD network. Details will not be publicly indexed or shared outside the registered partner network without your consent.
4. Success Fee on Match
The $400 listing fee covers site submission and initial matching activity only. If SILMATCHBUILD facilitates a confirmed match between your site and a SIL partner — meaning both parties have agreed in principle to proceed — an success fee of $5,000 + GST ($5,500 total) becomes payable by the site owner to Public Property. This fee is due on the date the match is confirmed in writing. No success fee is payable unless a match is confirmed.
5. Accuracy of Information
All information submitted must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for the accuracy of all details provided including location, ownership, build specifications, and supporting materials. If any information is found to be incorrect, misleading, or materially incomplete, Public Property reserves the right to void any match associated with that information, remove the site from the platform, and retain any fees paid. Public Property is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information submitted by you.
6. No Liability Post-Match
Public Property's role is to facilitate introductions between site owners and SIL partners. We do not guarantee the outcome of any introduction, nor are we responsible for the conduct, representations, performance, or decisions of any SIL partner or other third party following a confirmed match. Any agreements entered into between you and a SIL partner following a match are solely between those parties.
7. Site Activation
Your site will not be offered to, or displayed for, SIL partners until: (a) the $400 listing fee has been paid and received; and (b) these Programme Terms have been accepted by ticking the confirmation checkbox. Submission of the form without payment does not create a listing.
8. Proof of Ownership
Before any match is finalised, you agree to provide satisfactory evidence of ownership of the submitted site. Failure to provide this evidence within 7 business days of a request will result in the match being voided. The success fee will not be waived in these circumstances if the failure to provide evidence occurs after the match has been confirmed.
9. Privacy
Your personal and property information is collected and handled in accordance with the Public Property Privacy Policy. We will not share your contact details with SIL partners without your prior consent.
10. Consent & Communications
By submitting this form you consent to Public Property and SILMATCHBUILD contacting you by email, SMS and telephone about your enquiry and our services. You can withdraw consent at any time: unsubscribe via any email, reply STOP to any SMS, or email elizabeth@publicproperty.com.au. We act on opt-out requests promptly and will not contact you for marketing once you opt out.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
